The Somatic or Yoga individual sessions are designed to help you recalibrate, organize and balance your body in a sensitive and attentive way. This sessions will help you release deep tensions, breathe with less effort and move more effectively, facilitating the elimination of toxins and bringing benefits to all systems (nervous, respiratory, digestive, circulatory, endocrine, immune and reproductive)..
We will explore the relationship between feet-pelvis-thorax-head with the force of gravity while nourishing the body and mind deeply, approaching the body in a gradual way, respecting its own natural rhythms.
